Usage Licences Personal Licence The personal licence is reserved for the exclusive use of a single user. It allows you to use the site's resources and tools for personal and professional purposes. It does not allow you to: - share access to the site; - transmit or share the documents, templates or tools with other people; - make the resources available to colleagues, whether within your institution or another. School Licence The school licence allows several staff members of the same institution to use the site's resources and tools, according to the terms set out at the time of purchase. It may not be used by persons from another institution. 3. Use of Resources The resources offered on the site are protected by copyright. You may use and adapt them for your own professional needs, in accordance with your licence. Unless otherwise authorized in writing, it is prohibited to reproduce, sell, redistribute, publish or integrate all or part of the resources into another product, service or website. 4. User Account You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any use made from your account. 5. Result Grids and Calculation Tools The calculation tools and result grids are provided to facilitate the management of evaluations. The user remains entirely responsible for the data entered, in particular student results, weightings, scales and parameters used. It is the user's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the results before using or communicating them. Planner for Teachers and Webstudio Inc. cannot be held responsible for errors or consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete or misconfigured data. 6. Service Availability We strive to ensure the availability of the site and its services, without however guaranteeing continuous or uninterrupted access. 7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Planner for Teachers and Webstudio Inc. cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the use of the site, its tools or its resources, in particular in the event of service interruption, data loss or errors arising from the use of the tools. 8. External Sites The site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. 9. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect the evolution of our services, to clarify certain provisions or to improve our users' experience.
